Massimo Amendola: Amalfi Coast wedding Photo weddings on the Amalfi Coast Sorrento Capri

Since 1975 Massimo Amendola has combined two irresistible passions: travelling and photography. In fact, he began freelance photography in various parts of the world including Nepal, Indonesia, China, North Africa, USA and many more.

His photographs are much appreciated and have been published by important both national and foreign editorial offices. As a result of this, he began his work for important specialized magazines of the sector. He has in fact carried out various front covers and reports for Bell'Italia, Atlante, Ulisse 2000, Reader's Digest, Bunte and Gente Viaggi.

In 1981 his images were displayed in an exhibition at the University of Yale in the United States and subsequently they have been displayed in various others.

He was among one of the first photographers to create an archive for a large company on Romania after the fall of the communist regime. He has carried out the photographic section of some important literature books such as “I Parchi Letterari di Stanislao Nievo“, where he had to transmit via his images, the thoughts and places that had inspired the great poets of the past and find them in the traces that remain in today’s world.

In 1996 he opened a studio in Amalfi and he now dedicates himself to advertising and wedding photography. By doing so, he is able to combine both normal and report photography, acquired during his travels and the relationships he managed to create with various populations. Today, he instinctively and naturally looks for a glance or a spontaneous smile that leave nothing to chance but rather emphasize the expression with extreme preciseness of lines and colours.

His wedding photographs are soaked with happiness and natural expression so much so that he manages to make even the most reluctant of couples feel comfortable in front of the lens. This is also thanks to the familiar relationship he manages to create with the couples from the very beginning and as a result he is currently very much in demand. He avails himself of the collaboration of another two excellent photographers with a lot of experience in this sector, so that in case he already has a prior commitment, if necessary, they can take his place and guarantee a similar work profile.
